BRARC CIC Cultural Language Course BRARC CIC’s Cultural Language Course is designed to help newcomers to the UK develop essential language skills while understanding British culture. This course focuses on practical language use and cultural awareness, enabling participants to navigate everyday life, engage in the workforce, and integrate into British society with confidence. Course Objective: To improve language proficiency and cultural understanding, allowing participants to interact effectively in social, professional, and community settings in the UK. Course Modules: 1. Everyday Language Skills Objective: Teach essential vocabulary and phrases for daily situations. Key Topics: Shopping, public transport, dining, and greetings. Outcome: Ability to handle common tasks like shopping, traveling, and casual conversations. 2. Social and Cultural Awareness Objective: Introduce British customs, values, and social norms. Key Topics: Polite expressions, social etiquette, British holidays, and family structures. Outcome: Understanding British social practices to engage confidently in social interactions. 3.
